Villa Dos Ardillas

This delightful property is ideal for groups and families alike. Burriana beach, with its many bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away and the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive).  There is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and electrical appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and it’s terrace area. Facilities in Villa Dos Ardillas include a Washing machine, Dishwasher, Safe* Sat TV and free wifi

Step outside to enjoy the refreshing pool, a great way to cool off from the glorious Spanish sun. For the more active amongst us, there is a table tennis on the terrace.

If you like to explore, Nerja does not disappoint, offering all types of cuisine and authentic backstreet bars full of life where you can mix with the locals. If you have a car, Frigiliana is a must visit, named the ‘Pueblo Blanco’ (white town) it is the epitomy of all the magic that Andalucía has to offer.
