Villa Gio

Villa Gio is a wonderful four-bedroom villa just outside of Calpe centre steps away from a stunning snorkelling cove. This villa is decorated in a homely fashion throughout with comfortable seating in the lounge surrounding the flat-screen TV with patio doors leading onto the terrace. In the kitchen, you’ll find modern appliances and a breakfast table ideal for grabbing a quick bite. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washing machine a shared bathroom and a twin bedroom. Up on the second floor are the remaining three bedrooms, two double rooms one with an ensuite shower room and the rest sharing a further bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and twin beds sleeping 4 of the total occupancy. The rooms all have delightful home touches and large windows allowing the light to seep in.

We believe when going on holiday you’re bound to spend most of your time in the sunshine and Villa Gio provides an outdoor space ideal for doing just that. There are both open and covered terrace areas allowing you to soak up the sun or enjoy the cooler shade. Sun loungers with parasols surround the inviting pool while a dining table sits nicely under the veranda offering alfresco dining. The garden space at Villa Gio is fairly sizeable, ideal for young ones running around and even has a grassy area with a football goal.

When it’s time to head out and discover your new local scenery, you can follow the steep steps down to Cala del Mallorqui, a petite sandy cove with rocky surroundings offering an ideal entry space for snorkelling. The next sandy beach is Platja de la Fossa just a 1.5km walk away with restaurants lining the promenade.
