Access to Burriana beach with it array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, a great way to spend your day by the sea.  Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk, 5 minutes by car. There is a local bus that runs from close by into Nerja centre should you not have a car.

The property is accessed via the entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge area patio doors lead on to a terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
