Villa Azalea Nerja

Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this delightful property is ideal for groups and families alike. Burriana beach with its many bars and restaurants in only a 9-minute walk from the villa with the centre of Nerja being a pleasant 30-minute walk away. There is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that runs close by.

Step into this lovely house via the entrance hall and you will see a short flight of stairs leading up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. From the large lounge there are patio doors leading on to a terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views, a spiral staircase leads up to a roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and its inviting terrace area.

Facilities include a Safe* Satellite TV and Free Wifi. There are also welcome added extras such as Table tennis and pool table, locate don the terrace.

Nerja is a beautiful town to explore on foot, full of quaint spots and beautiful viewpoints. Balcón de Europa is a fantastic spot to sit and watch the world go by or why not sample one of the many blue flag beaches that you will fin doted along the Eastern Costa del Sol.
